The building Kollwitzstraße 49, 10405 Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg has been built in 2007 according to German standards as a new building. Only 6 apartments (one on each floor) have been built.
They all have access to the inside 12 person barrier free elevator from ground floor. In the cellar a garage has been built with space for your car. You have acess from the garage to the elevator/staircase over the ramp and 2 thresholds (about 10cm).
You will find a wonderful garden for all inhabitants (common property) in the yard with bicycle parking under roof.

The residence nr.6 is located on the top floor (6th) and has exclusive access to the roof garden with spectacular view over the city of Berlin. The roof garden will therefore only be used by the inhabitants of apartment 6.
